Realistic weight loss for real life.

Lose the weight without pausing your life

Hi! I'm Naz, a mom of 3. I lost my first 60 pounds in 7.5 months with zero workouts — just high-protein, high-volume food I actually loved. I'm now down 75 pounds in 11 months, and these days I run too, because I want to. No gimmicks, and no waiting for "the right time." Join me and let's glow up together.

If I can do this through the chaos we call life — three kids and zero extra time — you can too!

How I eat to lose weight (without feeling hungry)

My "What I Eat in a Day" posts are the ones you love most — one of them has been viewed over 177,000 times. The secret isn't eating less food. It's eating the right food.

I build my day around high-protein, high-volume meals that keep me full and satisfied while staying in a calorie deficit — usually around 1,300–1,400 calories a day.

What "volume eating" actually means

Volume eating is simple: fill your plate with foods that are big in size but light in calories, so you get to eat more food, feel genuinely full, and still lose weight. No tiny portions. No starving.

  • Lean proteins to stay full and protect muscle
  • Big, high-volume veggies and fruit
  • Filling swaps for the foods I love
  • Meals that fit real, busy days

💡 Remember: you don't have to eat less — you have to eat smart. Volume + protein = full, satisfied, and still losing. ✨

Naz

I'm a mom of 3, constantly on the go and balancing chaos — juggling work, family, sports schedules, activities… all the chaos that comes with it.

Like many moms, I gained a significant amount of weight during each pregnancy. And during breastfeeding? My weight would stay the same — or sometimes even creep up a little more. Totally worth it, of course… but eventually, I reached a point where I was ready to focus on me again and finally lose the baby weight.

The hardest part? Finding the time.

Between work and raising three kids, committing to a strict workout routine or consistent gym schedule just wasn't realistic for me. And honestly, I know I'm not alone in that. So instead of trying to do everything perfectly, I focused on what was manageable: cleaning up my diet, eating high-protein, high-volume meals, and staying in a calorie deficit.

I started on October 20, 2025 — right before the holidays. Everyone says to "wait until January," but I didn't want to lose months waiting for a perfect moment that never comes. So I started anyway. I still enjoyed Thanksgiving, the holidays, and every celebration in between — and I still lost weight.

And it worked. I lost my first 60 pounds in 7.5 months — with zero workouts. Just food.

I'm now down 75 pounds in 11 months. These days I do work out — mostly running — but not because I have to. I added it once I finally had the energy and actually wanted to. The weight came off first from what I ate. Exercise is the bonus, not the requirement — and consistency with food is what changed everything.

Now, I'm sharing everything that has helped me along the way — my favorite meals, simple swaps, realistic tips, hacks, and "secret weapons" that made weight loss feel doable as a busy mom with zero extra time.

And the journey isn't over yet.

I'm still working toward my goals, and I'd love for you to join me so we can do this together. Because if I can lose 75 pounds while balancing work, motherhood, and nonstop chaos… you absolutely can too.

The messages I treasure most are from women who tell me they finally found someone real they can relate to — not a trainer, not a stock-photo transformation, just a regular mom figuring it out in real life. That's exactly why I started sharing.

Welcome to our glow-up ✨

Understanding a Calorie Deficit

The most important part of any weight loss journey is figuring out your calorie deficit.

A calorie deficit simply means eating fewer calories than your body burns each day — which allows your body to lose weight over time.

Everyone's calorie needs are different and depend on things like:

  • Age
  • Height
  • Current weight
  • Activity level
  • Lifestyle and goals

When I started my journey, I used free online tools to estimate how many calories I should be eating to lose weight in a realistic, sustainable way. It was a total game changer and helped me lose 75 pounds while balancing work, kids, and a busy life.

💡 Remember: Weight loss doesn't have to mean starving yourself. Consistency and sustainable habits matter most. ✨
